Organisational Dialogue and Design -
Systemic Leadership amidst Chaos and Adversity

This June will see the third Systemic Organisational Practice Dialogues in London, and we hope for your interest, participation and, perhaps, contribution. These dialogues are serving as a platform to build a diverse community of practitioners interested in systemic organisational practice.

This year’s theme 'Organisational Dialogue and Design - Systemic Leadership amidst Chaos and Adversity' focuses on how systemic leaders and consultants can design, enact, contribute to, or intervene in organisational practices and conversations to contribute to the organisation and its stakeholders. In exploring how dialogues are designed and created we want to be mindful that such interventions are not happening in a vacuum but often against a backdrop of adverse or chaotic developments and contexts.
